All items that are shipped from sales online will ship within 2 business days. Typically orders received by 5 pm EST will ship the next business day. We ship all items from Winfield, Kansas, Monday thru Friday. Holidays are excluded. Items may ship on the weekends depending on our event schedule for timing.

The transit time for receiving your items will vary by location, but economy shipping should arrive within 5 business days of the date the item is shipped and priority shipping should arrive within 2 business days of the date the item is shipped. All items shipped should have a tracking number and can be tracked either on the United States Postal Service or the FedEx website. A tracking number should be sent to you via e-mail when the item ships from our offices in Winfield, KS.

If you haven't received your item within 2 weeks, please contact our offices so that we may investigate.
